The Authorities wish to appoint a framework in 4 lots, to provide Mechanical A Electrical (M&E) and Building Fabric Services, in both cases planned and reactive to the organisations across a variety of properties within the geographical boundaries of Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire. The Councils are seeking to appoint contractors to provide building fabric and electrical and mechanical engineering maintenance services to their non-schools portfolio currently around 300 properties in each Council.
