Overview
NTU wish to undertake a pre-procurement market engagement exercise before any possible procurement is started, to determine suitable Leisure Management systems, capabilities, and services. NTU Sport's current Leisure Management System Software is used to manage NTU Sport's facilities and operations; this includes data reporting, access control, point of sale, online payments (membership etc.) and customer relationship management. The current platform is hosted on an NTU shared server, however there is the option to be hosted by the supplier.
