This tender is for a leisure management system (LMS) for our Sports Centres. The University has a sports centre at its campuses in Lancaster, Carlisle and Ambleside. Our extant LMS has been in operation since 2012. The University is seeking a system providing customers with an online self-service portal facilitating joining, bookings, payment administration (including direct debit management and/or recurring card payment), account management, with access to these functions via a range of devices including smartphones.
