Overview
Appoint a competent Contractor for the provision of Legionella Monitoring and the production of water risk assessments across their sites. The Contractor will identify and consider all water related systems which could potentially create a risk to health. Worcester City Council's in-house Property & Asset Management Team is responsible for the strategic and operational management of over 300 properties and sites. There are currently around 70 properties that require water risk assessments carried out every two years. A list of sites can be seen in Appendix 1. Further sites may be added in the future.
