THIS OPPORTUNITY IS BEING CONDUCTED UNDER SCHEDULE 3 "LIGHT TOUCH REGIME" PUBLIC CONTRACT REGULATIONS 2015 Greenfields is inviting legal providers to submit tenders for inclusion onto a Legal Services framework agreement. Tenderers are welcome to submit costs for just one or more LOTs of the services as detailed below. All tenderers shall complete the ITT Stage 1 document as well as the ITT. If a tenderer shall be deemed to "fail" at Stage 1 their ITT submission will not be considered. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of 4 years commencing 19th December 2018 and will be open to Greenfields and the Procurement Alliance for Essex (PAE) members.
