The Riverside Group Limited wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a number of external law firmsto replace an existing framework. The term of the framework agreement, will be for 3 years with an option toextend for up to 12 months. The legal services are broken down into 4 lots: - Lot 1- Property and Development; - Lot 2- Non-property including Governance, Commercial and Employment; - Lot 3- Corporate Finance and Banking; - Lot 4- Housing Management. Tenderers can submit tender proposals for any/all lots.
