Overview

The Legal Services to be provided by the Contractor will cover the following areas: - Contract Expiry and Transition: support with the expiry and transition of the IWMS Contract; and - Future Services Delivery: support with the procurement of new services to be in place following expiry of the IWMS Contract. The Contractor will work closely with the Authority and other advisers to deliver the Legal Services. The Contractor is required to lead on all legal matters as well as proactively seek advice and assistance from the Authority and other advisers when necessary.
