National Highways are proposing to put in place a new framework that will continue to deliver the Concrete Roads Programme comprising the following lots: 1) Lifecycle Extension Works (LEW) to deliver design and construction Work Orders focused on extending the life of the existing concrete pavement; 2) Minor Capital Intervention (MCI) to deliver construction only Work Orders; 3) Professional Services to deliver: - designer/ supervisor/ project manager/ technical assurance services to support the programme - support to centre of excellence function to deliver research and development activities.
