The Authority is looking for a Supplier for the provision of training to around 200 people as skilled and effective trainers who will go on to train the LeDeR workforce (approx. 4000 people) in cultural diversity, race and religion so that the reviewers are able to consider these factors when carrying out LeDeR reviews and make suggestions to improve services to reduce premature mortality for people with a learning disability and autistic people, who are from minority ethnic communities.
