Crown Commercial Service (CCS) intends to establish a Pan-Government framework for the provision of Asset Finance: Leasing Advisory Services, which allow public sector customers to access Leasing Advice on a range of leasing engagements. The framework will consist of a single lot with 3 core service areas covering Options Appraisal, End to End Procurement and Portfolio Reviews.
