Scope of Work: The works comprise of general repairs, maintenance and re-decoration to the external areas of Reading Borough Council Properties. Please refer to schedule of works for full details. Sites comprise of small and medium sized blocks of flats with surrounding grounds and outbuildings. Project implementation: commencing July 2018. Length of contract: 15 weeks.
