Liverpool City Council's Learning and Development Service is a support service responsible for providing training and development for the workforce and supporting the Council in meeting its legislative and local government responsibilities to provide training opportunities to those working in partnership the with the Council. The Council is looking to implement a framework agreement with external suppliers for the delivery of training to meet corporate CSO's and OJEU regulations.
