1.1.West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Authority is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced specialist consultancy organisation for the development of Lean working/process mapping systems and introduce a culture of continuous improvements initially within the Authority's Property, Finance, Procurement, and Central Staffing Team (operational rostering team) functions.
