The service required is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training for a team of 10 practitioners. The training will enable the team to: • Apply a structured approach to problem solving and to build their confidence in supporting improvements in a standardised way. • Understand the synergies between Lean and Six Sigma as well as some Agile techniques and going beyond DMAIC into Design Thinking, and DMADV • Give the delegates he skills to speed up change projects to ensure early successes • Ideally encourage the delegates to achieve BQF Green Belt certification (not a mandatory requirement of this training)
