Leadership and Personal Development Framework

Following the approval of the EA's "Strategic Workforce Plan", they are refreshing their L&D curriculum for leadership, management and personal effectiveness skills. Their desire is for EA staff to adapt to post-pandemic life and embrace hybrid working and explore innovative ways of learning to support the diverse needs of staff as they evolve into new ways of working.
