The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking a developer partner, in relation to three sites adjacent to Lea Bridge Station in order to facilitate the delivery of high-quality, residential-led mixed-use development and public realm. The Council's aspiration is to create a new local centre at Lea Bridge within a revived business quarter forming a new 'gateway' to the Borough. The development partner is expected to deliver in the range of 300-320 homes; a minimum of 3,000 sq. m. of commercial cultural spaces and 750 sq. m. of public space.
