Overview
Newham Council require qualified and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) - Registered occupational therapists to provide Occupational therapy services. This will include completion of assessments for adults and children. Assessments will assess and record the functional ability and safety of the individual and /or their carer within the home environment. The assessment will be fully documented and populated on the Council's Social Care system along with case notes within the set target time. Recommendations made in the assessments, such as onward referrals or the provision of equipment will be progressed by the Provider and the case held until completion.
