Overview

Avon & Rescue Service (AFRS) (The Contracting Authority) has identified a need for Contractor to manage Landscape & Grounds Maintenance Services across the estate. The Authority seeks to appoint a contractor who will provide a high quality, cost effective, efficient, professional service, complying with all legal requirements, whilst operating in an environmentally conscious manner. The overall objectives of this contract are: • Protect and enhance the green space and biodiversity on our estate • Use water and energy saving practices • Minimise greenhouse gas and air pollutant emissions • Minimise waste • To use no chemicals and use products based on renewable raw materials
