Overview
The current generation of the Landscape and External Works Framework (L&EW 2019-23) will expire on 15th September 2023. The Authority (Hampshire County Council) plan to put in place a successor framework (L&EW 2023-27) to deliver landscaping, outdoor works, and small agricultural buildings projects in Hampshire and neighbouring Counties for the period 2023-2027. The current L&EW 2019-23 framework delivers an option for Hampshire County Council, and other local public authorities, to call off a broad range of landscaping and external works.
