Overview

The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a multi-lot Framework agreement for our on-going requirement for window cleaning to Academic buildings (Lot A) and Residential buildings (Lot B), on Bailrigg Campus and at Chancellor’s Wharf, Lancaster City centre. Under the Restricted procedure PQQ stage, the Contracting Authority aims to progress a minimum of five Economic Operators per Lot through to ITT stage with a view to establishing a Framework consisting of two Lots; Academic buildings (Lot A) and Residential buildings (Lot B) with up to three Economic Operators on each Lot. The contract will be awarded for a period of two years with options to extend for up to a further two years…
