Overview
This service was initial created and supported by a company called Optevia but subsequently acquired by IBM. In 2022 IBM notified the MOJ that they will decline to continue with the support contract due to non alignment with their newly formed business strategy. The new Supplier is tasked with taking onboard the Support and maintenance of the ROC application and to minimise downtime. The ROC application is provided through a customer configured version of MS Dynamics 365 CRM application.
