To complete a 1FE expansion to Northfleet Technology College by Summer 2027. Northfleet Technology College is a PFI school, the site area will be outlined and agreed prior to the works starting place - a Deed of Variation will be in place outlining the Contractors site area. The proposed expansion will consist of a standalone teaching block. The ongoing hard and soft FM services will be the responsibility of the school. Forecast legal costs for the DoV have been included within the total project cost
