Overview

The services shall include: 1. Development of bespoke JAWS Script Module The Supplier shall write a JAWS Script Module for DBS SIEBEL - i.e. write a software-bridge that would enable JAWS to interact efficiently with SIEBEL. 2. Training for DBS member of staff The Supplier shall provide combined SIEBEL/JAWS training to a single member of staff in DBS. The training shall be delivered jointly, by a DBS SIEBEL trainer (or knowledgeable user) and a Blazie JAWS trainer, working together in tandem.
