Jasmin Green Proposed Housing Development Scheme

The City of Lincoln Council is seeking to procure a contractor to deliver design and build services for the development of the Jasmin Green site for the provision of council housing and associated infrastructure. The scheme will be delivered in line with the City of Lincoln Council specification for new build homes appended to this document. The Contract will commence 1st May 2025 and will be split into two elements with a break option in between. The first element will be in respect of a feasibility/preconstruction contract and the second the construction/defects liability phases.
