Overview
IWM would like to develop and deliver a modular training programme (no more than 5 sessions) for up to 100 managers. The programme should be delivered in a way that allows managers the flexibility to choose from a number of sessions throughout the year (June 2018-July 2019). The successful applicant will be expected to work closely with the HR department and consult with managers to design and deliver a bespoke programme that directly reflects IWM's management needs.
