National Highways has identified a challenge whereby an increasing number of Power Platform solutions have been developed without formalised technical oversight, governance, or centralised ownership. As a result, a number of unsupported solutions have been developed across the estate via a combination of end users and engaged partners on a 'Business Case by Business Case' basis.
