EMSCU is acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority to undertake a compliant EU tender exercise using the light touch regime under Schedule 3 (Open Procedure) of the Public Contract Regulations (2015) to establish a national framework agreement for IT Training Programme. The Framework Consists of three Lots: Lot 1 Technical Courses Lot 2 Non Technical Courses Lot 3 Bespoke / Custom Courses.
