Overview
The DVLA has recently in sourced its IT following a long standing outsourced contract, with over 300 IT professionals transferring into the Agency. The in source of IT services is a core component of the wider "digital" transformation of the DVLA service. DVLA has a complex IT estate, and an extensive change programme will require an influx of skilled individuals, with proven experience in the respective technologies. This requirement was to find a suitable supplier, through the Civil Service Resourcing Framework, that could help formulate a recruitment campaign & tests to ensure we place the right people in the right role.
