Overview
North East Lincolnshire Council requires a Provider to provide Secure Sanitisation and Asset Disposal for its IT hardware. This is a Concession Contract, so the Authority will entrust the Provider the right to provide the Service. Rather than the Authority pay the Provider for delivery of the Service during the concession period, the Provider has the benefit of retaining a percentage of the gross income generated from the IT assets destroyed, disposed of and sold under this Concessions Contract ("Gross Income") to cover operation of the Service and to make a profit.
