Overview

The primary objective is to effectively collect and monitor user feedback in relation to their experiences of the IPCC investigation process. In addition, the overall aims of the study are to: - create a baseline of current user satisfaction which can be used to track the impact of future changes to operating processes - provide insight in to what drives and detracts from user satisfaction within our current process which can also inform future IPCC practice. - establish the most effective methodology/combination of methodologies to collect user feedback going forward and to identify at which point to do this along the user ‘journey’.
