In 2023 the BFI awarded £11m of National Lottery 'good cause' funding over three years for education and skills development for 5-18 year olds. The funding was awarded to Into Film, a UK-wide partner to deliver two targeted programmes: BFI National Lottery Teaching with Film and Careers and Progression. In addition to the above two Programmes for which Into Film are the sole awardee, Into Film were awarded Young Creatives Funding along with National Saturday Club, with each delivering different programmes of activity.
