UOS is seeking to appoint a supplier for Internal Audit. The internal audit service is responsible for providing an objective, independent appraisal of all the institution’s activities, financial and otherwise. It should provide a service to the whole organisation, including the governing body and all levels of management. It is not an extension of, nor a substitute for, good management, although it can have a role in advising management.
