Scope of works: The scope of works under this contract includes the supply and installation of various types of insulation to Bromford's housing stock over the next three years. These various insulation measures are described below: • Loft insulation (LI). This will take the form of full installations of new mineral wool loft insulation and the topping up of existing loft insulation to meet current regulations. • Cavity wall insulation (CWI).
