To provide a Pre-Assessment Inter Country Adoption Service Users on behalf of the Local Authorities (stipulated in Section 5 of the attached specification) who are represented at the North West Adoption Leadership Board, including by a Regional Adoption Agency. The service will include advice, information and counselling to Service Users seeking to adopt a child(ren) from outside the United Kingdom.
