Overview
In 2022 the City developed an IFM Framework which consisted of 6 Lots, each Lot represented an area of the City’s estate and was grouped by the functional use of those buildings to drive specifications and outcomes relevant to end user’s needs. In turn, suppliers bid across any number, one or all Lots, depending on their areas of experience, specialism or growth strategy. The Lots included within the 2022 Framework were: 1. Corporate Property 2. Investment Property 3. Arts and Culture 4. Heritage 5. Schools 6.
