1. Bield is seeking to award a single-supplier contract for the provision of Insurance Services, covering all of Bield’s insurance requirements. The intention is to award the contract to an insurance broker; however submissions from insurance carriers will be considered where that carrier is able to provide all of Bield’s insurance requirements. Submissions for individual elements of Bield’s insurance requirements will not be considered.
