Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking to appoint an Insolvency Practitioner to provide legal services for recovering Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Rates and Sundry Debt. This will enable the Council to maximise its income through the issuing of the following: • Letters before action • Statutory Demands • Bankruptcy Petitions in relation to individuals or estates • Applications to annul bankruptcy order • Appeal of District Judge's decisions • Commencement of winding up proceedings • Charging Orders • Any none standard recovery action that may be required
