Wolverhampton City Council (WCC) would like to engage with the market in relation to an Information Technology Service Management Solution (ITSM). WCC are currently using an ITSM solution that was first installed 4 years ago based on requirements at the time. In the intervening period the solution has been adapted to meet changing requirements and it is now time to re-assess if, with new technologies such as AI, it is timely to investigate what new solutions are available.
