The purpose of this contract notice (along the one simultaneously published on the UK Government's Find A Tender Service website) is to call for competition for the National Highways Information Technology Commercial Framework (ITCF). The ITCF will be a primary commercial vehicle to support the delivery of National Highways' RIS2 technology pipeline and to meet the strategic aims of National Highways.
