Lewisham Council and Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking to procure a provider to deliver a Service contract managing the responsibility of an Infant Feeding Peer Support Service for families in Lewisham and Greenwich. The Infant Feeding Peer Support Service is a preventative and early intervention service which will deliver a local, easily accessible Infant Feeding Peer Support Programme (based on NICE guidelines) that will establish a network of trained, paid peer supporters to expand and improve the infant feeding support across Lewisham and Greenwich, working with midwifery and health visiting services to create a flexible, system-wide pathway of support from conception onwards.…
