Overview
Rochdale Development Agency (RDA) are managing agents on behalf of Rochdale Borough Council for a number of properties and sites. RDA are looking to gauge interest for a grounds maintenance contract. The scope includes 10 industrial estates ranging in sizes but are predominantly small.
