Overview
Cornwall Council and the Council of the Isles of Scilly have a statutory duty to provide Independent Advocacy to meet the eligible needs of the people of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The provision for these services will be provided under a legal Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement for will for a term of 3 years with the option to extend for one additional year. There are 4 separate Lots under the Framework Agreement. Service providers may bid for any or all of the Lots. For Lot 1, 3 and 4, one provider will be awarded a place on the Framework Agreement for each of these Lots.
