Overview

Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service (DWFRS) has a requirement for an Incident Recording System (IRS) Software to enable DWFRS to manage and report on Fire Incidents when attending Fires. The reports are provided to Home Office as part of DWFRS Compliance. This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is using an open procedure and contract would be for an initial 2 years, with an option to extend twice by two years . The requirement is requesting bidders to provide two options, 1) On-Premises Software solution, 2) Cloud Hosted Software Solution which must have the ability to provide regular reports to Home Office in the format stipulated by Home office.
