Overview
For the department to be able to deliver IWP effectively we need to explore alternative ways that we can deliver that are less W/C dependant or risk not meeting our strategic objective. Progression is a complex problem with a wide range of systemic barriers that stop people progressing. We require a supplier to provide and enable us to apply Futures thinking expertise to support DWP to progress IWP. We do not have this capability within the department to undertake this work internally.
