Bournemouth Borough Council, acting as "the Contracting Body", wishes to establish a Framework Contract with a suitably qualified and competent Contractors to provide an economical solution to Pavement Reconstruction in the form of hydraulically bound in-situ pavement recycling. This contract will include activities such as advanced ground investigations, pavement design/trial mixes, traffic management and the laying of asphalts to provide a finished pavement to a specified design life.
