Overview
The Services are based on “EA – DEFRA solution pricing” dated 10th September and as emailed by the Supplier on 10th October 2015 solution pricing document contained four options. This was based on a GCloud exercise including, clarification questions and answers, and so is as per the terms and conditions of the GCloud Framework between the Supplier and Crown Commercial Services. A successful trial of The Service has been undertaken prior to this Agreement commencing. The order of document precedent is as set out in that Framework, and for those purposes the “Service Delivery Document” should be read as being an ‘appendix’ to this Call Off form.
