Central government is investing £300 million overthe next 3 years to support every single Council across England and Wales in catching and preventing youth offending earlierthan ever, with a view to helping to stop Children and teenagers from moving on to further, more serious offending. The Council is aiming to implement a Framework of providers to help delivertheir Local Turnaround Programme. These services will be based on a model of intensive support options in the form of positive activity, education, and mentorship.
