South Staffordshire District Council (SSDC) wishes to invite suitably experienced and qualified consultants to undertake an Economic Development Needs Assessment (EDNA) for the district in accordance with national guidance contained in the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). The EDNA will should provide an up to date position on the employment requirements of the District and underpin new employment land policies and proposals in our emerging Local Plan.
