Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) is commissioning a Dementia Support Service to provide information, signposting and support for people with dementia to enable them to live independently in their own homes, with or without support, for as long as possible. The Service will be free of charge to people using the service for the duration of their involvement. The subject matter of this procurement process relates to the delivery of services which are listed to in Schedule 3 to the regulations.
