Hyflex Project - AV Equipment

Birkbeck University of London are procuring the supply, installation and commissioning of audio-visual equipment for a number of its teaching spaces. These require equipping with AV equipment to enable us to deliver teaching in our newly adopted 'HyFlex' methodology to both in-person and remote students. The rooms in scope are a mixture of empty spaces, to those currently equipped with classroom AV equipment in a variety of designs, and of a variety of ages. It is our expectation that a proportion of existing equipment can be retained and reused within new designs. This is important both from the perspective of cost effectiveness and sustainability.
